If you’re not new here, well…
I kid, I kid. Thanks for the interest, hopefully you learn something super spiffy about me and TDOATG! (Okay, so acronyms aren’t really for me. Spiffy fact #1.)
About the Author
Born + raised in Connecticut, I do have a Dunkin’ Donuts obsession, we DO have the best pizza (don’t fight me on this one) and surprisingly no, I don’t go to UConn.
I love . . . cream with a splash of coffee + a lil’ ice, blue pens, Aerie bralettes (because I have 0 time for real bras… *cringes*), Mr. Bird, the smell of a rainy July day, & filming myself in my bedroom (no it’s not what you think).
I don’t love . . . showers less than 20 minutes long, cake face, spending more than $15 on a shirt, movies (not including Mean Girls, When in Rome, or The Last Song), & jeans that are too short . . . AKA, most of them.
For nearly 6 years, I’ve devoted probably 1,632,543 hours to YouTube between filming, editing, uploading, commenting on, watching, and re-doing such over and over, into the wee hours of the night. And that’s just an approximation. It’s probably more, just sayin’.
But I’m the type of person to need more than one creative utlet; I have to do everything or at least try it, so we’re winging it with this bliggity-blog.
I value the power of video, but I can’t say everything I want to in the confinement of a 6 minute clip, and I sure as heck can’t film at 2 AM when my creative juices tend to flow the most (and it’s possible that’s the time that it is whilst I write this lovely about page… possibly). Thus, thediaryofatallgirl.com has blessed your Internet browser. You’re welcome.
I’d like to think (and pretend that I do) have some pretty neat tips + tidbits to share with you. Personal experiences and the extensive Pinterest scrolling I tend to do have inspired me to share my knowledge with the world.
So join me! Grab a beverage (remember I recommend cream w/ a dash of coffee), a great snack, and let’s hang out!
